I had an excellent stay at Sentrim Castle Royal. The room was neat, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The housekeeping staff maintained high standards. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delight with a mix of Kenyan specialties and Western options. The hotel's atmosphere was exceptional, reminiscent of Ernest Hemingway's time in Africa. I highly recommend this hotel.

The large sunny balcony was a bonus. We loved a shower, a drier and bath sheets in the bathroom. Easy base for a 4-night stay.

We stayed in a standard double room and we were impressed with it, definitely deserving its 3-star rating.

The food's excellent, staff are very friendly, helpful, and willing. Location is central, easy for meetings and to see Old Town. Bathroom is nice and modern.

Great location in the heart of the city close to the historic Fort, making it easy to explore on foot. The hotel is also located near the central business district, which is perfect for meetings. Cleanliness is outstanding and the hotel facilities are top-notch. Parking is easy and available.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in Mombasa and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities offered. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and well-appointed with modern amenities. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the option to have breakfast included in our stay, which provided a variety of delicious dishes.

Not everything about our stay was positive. One aspect that we disliked was the slow service in the restaurant, which often left us waiting longer than we had expected for our meals to arrive.
